Who we need

We welcome passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to advancing girls’ education and digital inclusion. Volunteers may contribute in various ways, including:

Curriculum Development

Help design and review academic content tailored to Afghan students in grades 7-12.

Technical Support

Assist with platform development, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth online delivery of courses.

Translation & Localization

Aid in translating materials into Dari, Pashto, or other local languages, ensuring cultural relevance.

Mentorship

Guide and inspire students by sharing your knowledge, experiences, and encouragement.

Outreach & Advocacy

Spread awareness about Jilwa Academy’s mission and recruit new students and volunteers through social media and community networks.

Fundraising & Grant Writing

Support efforts to secure funding by helping draft grant proposals, organize campaigns, and connect with potential donors.
